Chinese e-commerce merchants are going to have a much harder time selling their products in the U.S. - at least at cut-rate prices. Among megacap tech stocks, Amazon and Meta were the hardest hit in Thursday’s tariff-sparked selloff, save for Apple. The two stocks closed down 9% on Thursday, with Meta losing twice as much on a percent basis as Google-parent Alphabet, which is its largest rival in online advertising.
